Comparison review
Huawei P40 is better than TCL 20 Pro 5G, with a general score of 86.4 against 76.1. Despite of the fact that the Huawei P40 is older than TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's body is a bit thinner and just a little lighter. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P40 has the older 10 version and TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11 version.
The Huawei P40 has just a bit better performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G. They have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. Huawei P40 counts with a bit more vivid screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixel amount per inch of screen.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Huawei P40, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P40 captures clearer videos and photos than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting images and video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a camera with more mega pixels, higher video frame rate and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way higher quality pictures and videos.
TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei P40, because it has an 18% bigger battery capacity.
