Comparison review
LG G8X ThinQ has an overall score of 82.7, which is a little bit better than TCL 20 Pro 5G's overall score of 76.1. LG G8X ThinQ's construction is just a little bit thinner than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, but it's a little heavier and was released around a year before. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but LG G8X ThinQ has the older 10 version and TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11.
LG G8X ThinQ counts with just a bit better looking screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a quite smaller display and a little worse 1080 x 2340px resolution, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of display. TCL 20 Pro 5G has a bit bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
The LG G8X ThinQ has a little bit better processing power than TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. The TCL 20 Pro 5G takes better photographs and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same camera aperture, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
