Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 40 is a bit better than TCL 20 Pro 5G, with a 77.2 score against 76.1. The Motorola Edge 40 body is much newer, somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Edge 40 has the newer 13 version and TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11, offering some nice extra features.
TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a much faster processing unit than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a more vivid screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a just a bit greater pixel amount in each inch of display.
Motorola Edge 40 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a much larger aperture to capture better low light photography and video, a back facing camera with a better resolution and a way bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G features a much greater storage for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that holds up to 1 TB. The TCL 20 Pro 5G features just a bit longer battery duration than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
