Samsung Galaxy M20 has an overall score of 78.9, which is slightly better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G's 76.1 overall score. Both phones we compare here come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M20 has an older 10 version and TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy M20 is noticeably older than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's design is just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter.
TCL 20 Pro 5G and Galaxy M20 count with very similar displays, because although the Galaxy M20 has a bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display. The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G has a bit better performance than Galaxy M20, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The TCL 20 Pro 5G shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and video, a much higher (4K) video definition, a way larger camera sensor which gives a lot better photo and video quality and a way higher 48 megapixels resolution camera.
Samsung Galaxy M20 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
