Galaxy Note5 has an overall score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than TCL 20 Pro 5G's global score of 76.1. Even though Galaxy Note5 is older than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's construction is thinner and lighter. Galaxy Note5 counts with a little more vivid display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy Note5's processing unit is just as good as the TCL 20 Pro 5G one, and although the Galaxy Note5 has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. TCL 20 Pro 5G has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity.
TCL 20 Pro 5G shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a lot better 48 megapixels resolution camera in the back, a bigger camera aperture for better photos in low light situations and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
