TCL 20 Pro 5G has an overall score of 76.1, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE's 75.9 score. The TCL 20 Pro 5G construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and thicker than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. The TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11 OS, while Xiaomi Mi 8 SE works with Android OS.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE counts with a little more vivid display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch. TCL 20 Pro 5G has a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a larger aperture to capture better low-light images and videos, a much larger sensor and a camera with lot more mega pixels.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has a very superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3120mAh.
