Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 is just a bit better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, getting an 83.2 score against 76.1. Despite of the fact that Xiaomi Mi 9 is much older than TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's construction is just a little lighter and thinner. The Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a little better performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
Xiaomi Mi 9 features a little sharper screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2340px resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of display. The TCL 20 Pro 5G features much more storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1 TB and more internal memory.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features greater battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 4500mAh battery size. The Xiaomi Mi 9 captures a bit better videos and photos than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a 48 mega-pixels back-facing camera, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same sensor size and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rates.
