Samsung Galaxy is a little bit better than the Verykool s352 JASPER II, with a global score of 45.1 against 41.2. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy has the previous 1.5 version and Verykool s352 JASPER II has Android 4.2.
