The Acer Liquid Z3 has a general score of 49.1, which is just a bit better than Verykool s400 Ruby's 44.9 overall score. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Acer Liquid Z3 has newer 4.2.2 version while Verykool s400 Ruby has Android 4.2 version.
