Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi 12 Pro's 79.6 score. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and noticeably thicker than the Xiaomi 12 Pro. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has the newer 13 version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a better display than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate features a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal memory.
Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi 12 Pro, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate also has 8 GB more RAM. Xiaomi 12 Pro captures much better videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 50 mega pixels resolution, the same 24 fps video frame rate and the same video quality, the Xiaomi 12 Pro also has a bigger back camera sensor taking better quality pictures.
Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has superior battery performance than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.
