Comparison review
Xiaomi 12 Pro is a bit better than Huawei Mate 8, having a global score of 79.6 against 77.4. The Xiaomi 12 Pro design is much newer than the Huawei Mate 8's, but it's a little heavier and just a little bit thicker. The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a much better display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bit bigger screen, a much better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a higher number of pixels per inch in the screen.
Huawei Mate 8 features a way better processing power than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has lesser RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi 12 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has just a little better battery performance than Huawei Mate 8, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. Xiaomi 12 Pro takes way better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a way higher video definition, a much more MP camera in the back and a bigger aperture for better low light photography and video.
