Comparison review
LG Velvet is just a bit better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, having a score of 87.1 against 79.6. LG Velvet's construction is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released a little bit further than a year before. Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a sharper display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution.
The LG Velvet counts with an extremely better processor than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores. Xiaomi 12 Pro captures much clearer videos and photos than LG Velvet, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for shooting photos and/or video in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot better video resolution, a back-facing camera with a higher 50 mega pixels resolution and a way bigger back camera sensor which offers a lot better photo and video quality.
LG Velvet counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi 12 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than LG Velvet, because it has a 7% larger battery capacity.
