Xiaomi 12 Pro is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW, having a 79.6 score against 75.9. Xiaomi 12 Pro's design is newer than OnePlus 8 UW's, but it's somewhat heavier and a bit thicker. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 12 Pro has newer 12 version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version, giving some extra features and a performance increase.
Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a little sharper screen than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has less bright screen, it also counts with a quite bigger display, a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with as much storage capacity to store more apps and games as the Xiaomi 12 Pro one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.

Xiaomi 12 Pro has just a little better battery lifetime than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity. Xiaomi 12 Pro features a bit better camera than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photography, it also counts with a way bigger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures, a better 50 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution.
