Galaxy A31 has a score of 81.3, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi 12 Pro's 79.6 global score. Galaxy A31's body is just a bit lighter than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it is a little thicker and was released just 20 months before. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A31 has the older 10 version and Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12 version.
Xiaomi 12 Pro has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy A31, because it has a greater pixels count in each display inch, a quite larger display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy A31 has a quite bigger storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits up to 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy A31 has an extremely better CPU than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Samsung Galaxy A31 counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has a 9% bigger battery capacity. Xiaomi 12 Pro shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A31, because it has a camera with more megapixels, a lot larger sensor, a larger aperture to capture better images in low-light environments and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
