Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro's global score of 79.6. Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better cellphone than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, we must note that it is also an older, a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker cellphone. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12, so it counts with some extra features.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1440 x 3200px, the Xiaomi 12 Pro also counts with a bit greater count of pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi 12 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because although it has a much tinier sensor taking less light and washed colors, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 7680x4320 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a larger aperture to take better images in low light situations and a lot better resolution back-facing camera.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
