The Xperia PRO-I is much better than Xiaomi 12 Pro, getting a global score of 96.3 against 79.6. Despite being the best device in this comparison, we must highlight that it's also just a little thicker and a bit heavier. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but Xperia PRO-I has an older 11 version and Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12 version.
Xperia PRO-I has a much greater processing power than Xiaomi 12 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia PRO-I also has 4 GB more RAM. Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a bit more vivid display than Sony Xperia PRO-I, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a little worse screen density, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
Xperia PRO-I has a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB and 384 GB more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a little better battery lifetime than Xperia PRO-I, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro captures way better pictures and videos than Xperia PRO-I, because it has a lot larger back camera sensor capturing way higher quality videos and photographs, a much more mega pixels back facing camera, a bigger camera aperture for better captures and videos in low-light situations and a much better video definition.
