Xiaomi 15 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, with a general score of 81.3 against 79.6. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but Xiaomi 15 Pro has newer 14 version and Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12 version, offering lots of additional features. The Xiaomi 15 Pro design is a lot newer than Xiaomi 12 Pro's, although it is a little heavier and just a bit thicker.
