Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 is a bit better than Xiaomi 12 Pro, with a score of 83.2 against 79.6. Even though Xiaomi Mi 9 is noticeably older than Xiaomi 12 Pro, it's body is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner. Xiaomi Mi 9 features a really superior performance than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a bit larger screen, a greater screen pixels density and much more screen brightness. The Xiaomi Mi 9's memory capacity to install games and applications is very similar to the Xiaomi 12 Pro one, both have the same 128 GB internal memory.
Xiaomi 12 Pro takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, it also counts with a much bigger sensor, a way higher video resolution and a more megapixels camera. The Xiaomi 12 Pro features a superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity.
