Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 3 has an overall score of 86.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi 12's 78.8 general score. Although the Asus ROG Phone 3 is better than the Xiaomi 12, we must note that it is also an older, thicker and much heavier phone. The Asus ROG Phone 3 has a much better hardware performance than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi 12 and the Asus ROG Phone 3 count with similar screens, because although the Asus ROG Phone 3 has a little bit lower 1080 x 2340px resolution, a little bit opaque display and a little lower display density, it also counts with a little bigger screen. The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a slightly better camera than Xiaomi 12, because although it has a tinier sensor capturing less light and duller colors, and they both have the same video quality, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with better video frame rate, a larger camera aperture to take better low light captures and a camera with lot more MP.
Asus ROG Phone 3's memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to Xiaomi 12's one, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 3 features improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi 12, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 4500mAh.
