Comparison review
Xiaomi 12 is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), getting a global score of 78.8 against 77.4. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi 12 has 12 version while Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xiaomi 12 design is notably newer and just a little thinner, but also just a bit heavier than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2).
Xiaomi 12 features just a bit better screen than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have a same size display, the Xiaomi 12 also has a lot brighter display, a just a little higher pixel quantity per screen inch and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much better storage for applications and games than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) counts with a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 12, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi 12 shoots way better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for taking photos or videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video resolution, a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back camera with way more mega-pixels.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi 12, because it has an 11% bigger battery size.
