Comparison review
Huawei nova 9 Pro is just a bit better than Xiaomi 12, having a 79.3 score against 78.8. The Huawei nova 9 Pro has HarmonyOS 2 operating system, and Xiaomi 12 works with Android 12 operating system. The Huawei nova 9 Pro body is just a bit thinner but just a little bit heavier than Xiaomi 12, and both were released only 3 months apart.
The Huawei nova 9 Pro has a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 12. Both have 8 cores and the same RAM amount. Xiaomi 12 features a bit sharper display than Huawei nova 9 Pro, although it has a bit lower display density, a quite smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi 12 takes much better videos and photos than Huawei nova 9 Pro, and although they both have a F1.9 diafragm aperture and the same resolution back-facing camera, the Xiaomi 12 also has a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution. The Huawei nova 9 Pro's memory to install applications and games is just as good as the Xiaomi 12 one, both of them have equal internal memory.
Xiaomi 12 features just a little better battery performance than Huawei nova 9 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
