Xiaomi 12 is a little bit better than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), getting a overall score of 78.8 against 76.5. Even though the Xiaomi 12 is a little bit heavier than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), it's just a little thinner and way newer. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 12 has the previous 12 version while Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Huawei P20 Lite (2019) features a very superior processing power than Xiaomi 12, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi 12 has a more vivid screen than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Xiaomi 12 shoots way better videos and photos than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution. Huawei P20 Lite (2019) features a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
