Comparison review
The Huawei P50 is a bit better than the Xiaomi 12, with an 86.3 score against 78.8. Although the Huawei P50 and the Xiaomi 12 were released with only 5 months difference, Huawei P50's construction is a little bit heavier but also a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi 12. Huawei P50 comes with HarmonyOS operating system, while Xiaomi 12 counts with Android 12 operating system.
The Xiaomi 12 counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei P50, although it has a bit smaller screen, a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a just a bit lower pixel density. Huawei P50 features a much powerful processing unit than Xiaomi 12. They have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount.
Huawei P50 has a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi 12, because it has 384 GB more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi 12 counts with a very superior camera than Huawei P50, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting photos or video in low-light environments, they both have a camera in the back with a 50 megapixels.
The Xiaomi 12 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei P50, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4100mAh.
