Comparison review
Xiaomi 12 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, getting a score of 78.8 against 78.1. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 12 has the older 12 version and Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Xiaomi 12 construction is way newer, but just a bit thicker and heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
The Xiaomi 12 features a bit better looking display than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a little lower display pixel density and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a little bigger display. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge features a very superior hardware performance than Xiaomi 12, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory and lesser cores.
Xiaomi 12 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and video, it also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a way higher image and video quality, a much better 7680x4320 video resolution and a camera with much more MP.
The Xiaomi 12 counts with a greater memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Xiaomi 12 has superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
