The Xperia XZ Premium is a little bit better than Xiaomi 12, getting a 79.8 score against 78.8. Xperia XZ Premium's design is just a little bit thinner than Xiaomi 12, although it is just a little bit heavier and was released 5 years before. The Xperia XZ Premium has a way better processing power than Xiaomi 12, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Xperia XZ Premium has a brighter display than Xiaomi 12, because although it has much lower brightness and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher amount of pixels per inch of display and a lot higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels. Xiaomi 12 captures much better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a lot more mega pixels back camera, a bigger aperture, a much higher video definition and a way bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Xperia XZ Premium counts with a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi 12, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi 12 has a much longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
