Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has an overall score of 81.1, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi 12's global score of 78.8. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has an older 10 version and Xiaomi 12 has Android 12. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, it must be told that it is also an older, a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier phone.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much faster processor than Xiaomi 12, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Xiaomi 12 counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the Xiaomi 12 also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch.
The Xiaomi 12 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a way lower 50 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back, and they both have a same size aperture, the Xiaomi 12 also counts with a larger sensor providing a better image quality and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features more storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi 12, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Xiaomi 12, because it has a 5020mAh battery size instead of 4500mAh.
