Galaxy A42 has a global score of 87, which is much better than Xiaomi 12S's general score of 72.9. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A42 has 11 version and Xiaomi 12S has Android 12 version. Xiaomi 12S features an incredibly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way better screen density and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400.
The Galaxy A42 features a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi 12S, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A42 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy A42 features a very superior performance than Xiaomi 12S, although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Galaxy A42 features a bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi 12S, because it has an 11 percent larger battery size. The Galaxy A42 takes a lot better pictures and videos than Xiaomi 12S, although it has a lesser megapixels back facing camera.
