The Samsung Galaxy S25 is better than the Xiaomi 12S, getting a global score of 82.6 against 72.9. These phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 has newer 14 version while Xiaomi 12S has Android 12 version, offering a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy S25 has a CPU that is very similar to Xiaomi 12S's processor, both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Galaxy S25 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi 12S, because although it has a little bit smaller display, a bit lower 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a quite worse pixel quantity in each inch of display, it also counts with way more brightness.
