The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a score of 90.7, which is much better than the Xiaomi 12S's global score of 72.9. These phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version and Xiaomi 12S has Android 12 version. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a processing unit that is just as good as Xiaomi 12S's processor, and although the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has 4 GB more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
