Galaxy S7 is slightly better than Xiaomi 12S, getting a 79.5 score against 72.9. The Galaxy S7 features a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi 12S, because although it has a little smaller screen and a lot more opaque screen, it also counts with a higher pixels number in each inch of screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
Xiaomi 12S counts with a quite bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy S7 counts with a way better processing power than Xiaomi 12S, although it has 4 GB less RAM and lesser processing cores (although they are faster).
