Motorola razr (2020) is a little bit better than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, with a overall score of 87 against 81. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Motorola razr (2020) has the older 11 version and Xiaomi 12S Ultra has Android 12 version. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra counts with a way better screen than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a much better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a better pixels density and a little bit larger screen.
Motorola razr (2020) has a very superior CPU than Xiaomi 12S Ultra. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
