The Galaxy Note 20 is better than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, getting a overall score of 90.8 against 81. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra features a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra also has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a greater amount of pixels per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 20, because it has more internal storage. The Galaxy Note 20 features a much better processing power than Xiaomi 12S Ultra. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 cpu cores.
