Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is better than Xiaomi 12S Ultra's 81 general score. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version while Xiaomi 12S Ultra has Android 12. Xiaomi 12S Ultra features just a bit better screen than Galaxy S20, because although it has a just a little lower pixel density, and they both have the same resolution of 1440 x 3200px, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra also counts with a quite bigger display.
Galaxy S20 features a quite bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much powerful processing unit than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xiaomi 12S Ultra features superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. Xiaomi 12S Ultra captures better photographs and videos than Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier sensor taking less light and dull colors and a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting pictures or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same 24 fps video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra also counts with a much better 50 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
