The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is better than the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, getting a global score of 90.7 against 81. These phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version while Xiaomi 12S Ultra has Android 12 version, offering a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a CPU that is very similar to Xiaomi 12S Ultra's processor, and although the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has 4 GB more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
