The Xiaomi 12S Ultra is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5, having a general score of 81 against 80.8. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi 12S Ultra has older 12 version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version.
