Comparison review
HTC U23 Pro is slightly better than Xiaomi 12T Pro, having a score of 77.8 against 76.9. The HTC U23 Pro design has the same weight than the Xiaomi 12T Pro, but it's a bit thicker. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the HTC U23 Pro has newer 13 version and Xiaomi 12T Pro has Android 12 version, giving you some nice extra features and a performance increase.
