Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 is just a bit better than Xiaomi 12T Pro, with a global score of 79.6 against 76.9. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A40 has 11 version and Xiaomi 12T Pro has Android 12 version. The Galaxy A40 body is just a little thinner and a lot lighter than Xiaomi 12T Pro, despite of the fact that it was released 4 years before.
The Galaxy A40 features a bit better screen than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has a just a bit inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a quite smaller screen. Galaxy A40 has a bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi 12T Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy A40 counts with an extremely better processing unit than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
