Although HTC U Ultra is extremely older than Xiaomi 12T, it's construction is a bit thinner and somewhat lighter. HTC U Ultra counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi 12T, although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM.

The Xiaomi 12T counts with a superior battery duration than HTC U Ultra, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Xiaomi 12T shoots much clearer pictures and videos than HTC U Ultra, because it has a bigger aperture for better captures in low-light situations, a way larger camera sensor taking way higher quality photographs and videos and a way higher 108 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
