Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is slightly better than the Xiaomi 12T, getting a 76.2 score against 75.5. Samsung Galaxy A16 5G's construction is a little bit thinner and a bit lighter than the Xiaomi 12T. Both devices in this review work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A16 5G has the newer 14 version while Xiaomi 12T has Android 12, so it counts with some extra features and performance improvements.
Xiaomi 12T features just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi 12T also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy A16 5G features a better looking display than Xiaomi 12T, although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2340px resolution and a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, they both have a screen of the same size.
The Xiaomi 12T captures much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, because it has a much higher 108 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a larger aperture to take better photography and video in low light environments. Galaxy A16 5G counts with a way bigger memory for applications and games than Xiaomi 12T, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy A16 5G also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy A16 5G has a battery life that's very similar to the Xiaomi 12T one.
