Comparison review
Galaxy S8 Active has a global score of 81.9, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi 12T's score of 75.5. Although Galaxy S8 Active is better than Xiaomi 12T, it must be noted that it's also a lot older, a bit heavier and somewhat thicker. The Galaxy S8 Active counts with a much better performance than Xiaomi 12T, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Galaxy S8 Active has a sharper display than Xiaomi 12T, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a greater pixels density. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a slightly better memory for apps and games than Xiaomi 12T, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi 12T takes better photographs and videos than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have a F1.7 camera aperture, the Xiaomi 12T also has a camera in the back with a much better 108 MP resolution and a way larger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
