Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is slightly better than the Xiaomi 12T, getting a global score of 82.3 against 75.5. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has 10 version while Xiaomi 12T has Android 12. Despite being the best device in this comparison review, we must note that it is also noticeably older, just a bit heavier and a little thicker.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features just a bit better screen than Xiaomi 12T, although it has a just a little lower pixel quantity per screen inch, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a bit smaller display. Xiaomi Black Shark 2's storage for applications and games is just as good as the Xiaomi 12T one, both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 12T. They have the same number of cores and 8 GB of RAM memory. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi 12T, although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, a back camera with a way worse 48 mega-pixels resolution and a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting lower quality photographs and videos.
Xiaomi 12T has longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has a 25% bigger battery size.
