Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 is better than Xiaomi 12T, getting a global score of 83.3 against 75.5. Although the Xiaomi Mi 8 is noticeably older than the Xiaomi 12T, it's construction is lighter and thinner. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi 8 has 10 version and Xiaomi 12T has Android 12.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a better looking display than Xiaomi 12T, although it has a bit smaller screen, a bit worse 1080 x 2248 resolution and a just a little lower display pixels density. The Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi 12T, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features a much faster CPU than Xiaomi 12T, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xiaomi 12T takes much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a way bigger camera sensor capturing way better quality photos, a larger aperture and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels.
The Xiaomi 12T counts with a superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
