The Xperia XA2 Plus has a general score of 78.6, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi 12X's general score of 77.8. Even being the best in this comparison review, the Xperia XA2 Plus is a much older, thicker and somewhat heavier device than Xiaomi 12X. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS, but Xperia XA2 Plus has 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi 12X has Android 11.
The Xiaomi 12X has a little bit better screen than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a little bit bigger display, a little bit greater screen density, a really brighter screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a much faster processing unit than Xiaomi 12X, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Xiaomi 12X takes much clearer pictures and videos than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a camera with a much better resolution, a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a larger camera aperture. Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a greater memory for applications and games than Xiaomi 12X, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 400 GB.
Xiaomi 12X counts with superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a 26% larger battery capacity.
