The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20, getting a global score of 84.4 against 79.5. Xiaomi 14 Ultra's construction is much newer, but a bit thicker and heavier than Huawei Mate 20. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the previous 14 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei Mate 20 has a very superior performance than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has 8 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
