Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a global score of 84.4, which is better than Huawei Mate 20 lite's global score of 76.2. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has older 14 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo.
