Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a global score of 84.4, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro's 82.9 overall score. Xiaomi 14 Ultra's design is newer than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro's, but it's just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a very superior performance than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has a little lower display density, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px. Xiaomi 14 Ultra takes just a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has a way smaller back-facing camera sensor which gives a lot lower photo and video quality, it also counts with a much higher video definition, a better 50 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a larger aperture.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a lot bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
