The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an overall score of 84.4, which is slightly better than Motorola Razr Ultra (2025)'s 79.2 general score. Both devices in our current comparison use Android operating system, but Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the older 14 version and Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has Android 15 version.
