Comparison review
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an overall score of 84.4, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy M20's 78.9 score. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra design is newer than the Samsung Galaxy M20's, but it's somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has 14 version while Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, so it gives some extra features and performance tweaks.
Samsung Galaxy M20 features a much faster processing unit than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an incredibly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px, a little bit bigger display and a higher screen pixels density.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a way higher resolution camera in the back, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures, a larger back-facing camera sensor taking better quality videos and photos and a much better 7680x4320 video resolution.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra features more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M20, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Galaxy M20's battery performance is very similar to Xiaomi 14 Ultra's battery life.
