Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, getting a 98.9 score against 84.4. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version and Xiaomi 14 Ultra has Android 14 version. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra body is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a way better processing power than Xiaomi 14 Ultra. They have 12 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a bit better battery performance than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
