Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a general score of 84.4, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version. Xiaomi 14 Ultra's design is incredibly newer than Samsung Galaxy Note 4's, although it is heavier and a bit thicker.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with an extremely better CPU than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and 4 less cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an extra GPU. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a little sharper screen than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a bigger display, a little bit higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a quite greater pixel density.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 55% bigger battery capacity.
